This book originally started as a story for a computer game I was helping a friend develop. Sarah was meant to be the final boss of the game, and I wrote her background only to support that role. But after I finished her story, it would not leave me alone. New questions kept returning. How did this really happen. Why did it end this way. What events led her there. The more I thought about it, the more the story pushed beyond a single character and beyond a single ending. Slowly, I began expanding the world and the connections behind it. What started as a simple game backstory turned into something much larger. Over time, it grew into a complete trilogy called The Shattered Legacy. The first book, The Abyss of Stolen Souls, tells the story of Sarah. The second book, Legacy of the Forgotten, follows the Circle of Nine. The third and final book, Shadows of Redemption, focuses on fragments of Emma. This journey unfolded one question at a time, and I hope reading it feels as natural and compelling as discovering it did for me. I truly look forward to your feedback.
